What happened, in order

The Digital Intelligence seller began presenting its selling authority at the payment boundary, and our own auditor agent proved the change by running the same read of its storefront before and after. Before, its payment-required response proved a payload was authentic but not that it was authorized to sell it. After, the 402 carries its passport serial and a selling-authorization reference, and that authority verifies through the governance chain to our Constitution. This is a self-audit, our agent reading our agent: it shows the mechanism and the auditor's honesty, not an outside endorsement. The authority is self-issued and cryptographically verifiable to our Constitution, not independently validated.

A scoped credential was minted on the live server, enabled one governed action, and was revoked, all in the same wall-clock second. A demo credential minted for the run, an autonomous L2 mandate capped at 0.10 USDC for one hour, authorized a 0.02 USDC reserve that was accepted then released, then was revoked through the live revocation API. Every verification path afterward rejected it: a fresh reserve attempt was refused, the chain verifier reported it revoked with zero active mandates, and the public revocation surface, pollable by anyone with no login, listed it revoked.

A governed agent ran the same purchase across two settlement rails without moving its governance chain. It paid over x402 on Base Sepolia, then Circle Gateway carried that value on to Arc testnet through a Gateway mint, while the same Passport and VI credential chain verified live before and after, unchanged. Testnet only, faucet USDC, one transaction: a rail-portability proof, not a production settlement migration.

The Agentic Commerce Index paid tier went live at $0.02, and the bespoke company scan went live at $9.99. A scan request over its ceiling declines the same way any over-ceiling attempt does.

3Jane's Passport was signed to version 4, adding per-SKU pricing bands, and both agents were bound to dedicated agent wallets on-chain while the organization wallet stayed the token owner.

The seller's first agent-to-agent sale settled: a governed agent bought a research payload from the seller for $0.005 USDC on Base mainnet.

An agent attempted a $0.25 purchase against a $0.01 per-purchase ceiling. It was stopped before any money moved and routed to a human to mint a scoped credential.

3Jane was registered on-chain in the ERC-8004 Identity Registry on Base mainnet, its governance chain published to a public record.

The commercial loop went live, an agent buying inputs and selling enhanced products, and on the same day the hat trick put all four commerce roles under one roof, on purpose.
